Now testing on iPhone

Every swing compounds. All the way to a Tonne.

Kettlebell training for iPhone. Every rep counts toward your first Tonne.

A lilac studio: an athlete swings a kettlebell on the left, a grand piano and a cow on the right.

Kettlebells are simple.Programming them isn't.

One bell, a hundred moves and no idea what today should be. Tonzo picks the session, scales it to the bells you own and keeps count.

How hard today?

Your Bell Score reads sleep, HRV and training load, then sets today's session: recover, steady or push.

What do I do now?

Phone on the floor. Tonzo calls the rounds, counts the reps and the rest.

Did any of it work?

Every rep adds up to tonnes, week on week.

Before. During. After. One session, start to finish.

  1. Before.

Today's session is already waiting, scaled to the bells you own. Swap any move in a tap.

  2. During.

Phone on the floor. A big clock, read from the mat. Tonzo calls the rounds, you swing.

  3. After.

    206 reps with a 16 kg bell.

    3,296kg

    About 3 great white sharks.

Every 1,000 kg is a Tonne.

Your weight moved, in things you can pick up. Go on, try.

And it keeps count of the rest. The small things a coach would do.

Swap any move

Not feeling the one-arm swing? Swap it for another hinge in a tap.
